More human

Health & beauty

Products that aid relaxation and deep sleep such as spiritual baths and saunas. These experiences quiet the mind and have a positive influence on health and beauty.

A sedentary, urban and industrial lifestyle is relatively new compared to how our ancestors lived for more than 99 % of human existence. A better understanding of how human health looked in various pre-industrial environments to bring healthier habits back to today.

Exploring the field of neuroscience is interesting as beauty products can generate emotions that impact the condition of the skin.

How do products make you feel? Beauty products that are customizable and can be adjusted according to mood and preferences.

Food

Handmade specialist products that go through a process of improvement and change daily with changing ingredients, circumstances and tools.

A balanced diet is based on whole foods, including varied fruits and vegetables and minimally processed foods. There is attention to the anti-inflammatory effect of various foods such as ginger, curcumin, green tea, omega three fatty acids, resveratrol and punicalagin.

Traditionally, tea was consumed along with meditation due to the aromatic and calming properties of tea. Drinking tea can aid mindfulness, creating a moment in everyday life to clear the mind.

A multidisciplinary design approach to food can lead to sculptural creations and triggering compositions.

Women’s clothing

Romantic clothing with a theatrical flair breaks with male and female references and codes. Clothes are expressions of classic and timeless feminism and emphasize the strength of women.

Silhouettes are elongated in flowing fabrics. Garments are worn in layers; shirts are worn under dresses, soft blazers and jackets layer on top of each other. Ruffles and structured fabrics give a romantic touch.

Clothes are elegant and sophisticated and allow the wearer to go from day to evening wear.

Strapless is back for a night out but also for the office. Strapless can be endlessly combined.

Men’s clothing

Clothing physically expresses human connectedness and clothes should tell a story.

Hand made clothes made from hand-woven fabrics with all their imperfections. Raw hems, dangling seams and blind stitches show the wearer that humans are responsible for making every element of a garment.

The established categories for men’s clothing are being blurred. Garments and outfits move fluidly between formal and casual, tailoring and active, street and fashion, executive and worker, male and female. Knitwear is used for jackets, and sweaters become formal wear.

Living

Rethinking people’s daily lives and needs can lead to a new building culture and a conscious reorganization of the social domain. New forms of housing that promote social bonding and help bring people together.

Design for the senses, visual, auditory or olfactory these factors are essential when designing interiors where users feel at home.

The use of different materials such as light and dark marble, different transparencies and wood types can make an interior feel warm and interesting.

An interior is a collection of expressions. Reflect a passion for art in all its forms, a combination of objects, furniture and works of art tells the story of its inhabitants.

Architecture

Environments have a direct effect on people’s behaviour and emotions. The neural responses of the user to their environment can be studied to positively change the mood and behaviour of users in any space through colour, energy flow, light and atmosphere.

Places of reflection and contemplation through experiencing light, colour and reflection effects. Places to relax that contribute to people’s well-being.

Structures that are meant to be a connection, like bridges, can be designed as art forms.

Human preference for round shapes is evolutionary and pre determined. A round shape symbolizes softness, perceived security and represents something eternal for us. Architecture with round shapes evokes positive feelings.

Technology

The combination of spirituality with modern technology may seem contradictory, but the two areas of spirituality and technology are more deeply connected than we think.

When things are too perfect, we naturally seek change and exploration.

Technology becomes less intrusive. Gesture-controlled devices create a healthier distance from our devices.

Technology can help increase the brain’s concentration by measuring brain waves and playing music that increases focus. It is possible to measure the improvement of focus. Technology can ensure that the user is shielded from outside noises.
